Apple's budget iPhone 'leaked' - Telegraph.co.uk

Visitors and sites have been speculating the validity of the images, given that Apple's iPhone designs are closely guarded secrets up until the time of launch.

The Business Insider blog warned its readers not to get too excited over the images, claiming they were either "wrong or fake".

"Most suspicious of Saturday's images is the absence of any physical control buttons or cutouts on the shell — even for a power switch — meaning the sample is either an early working prototype, or, more likely, has been fabricated out of whole cloth," wrote Jim Edwards.

The iPhone 6 is rumoured to be launched during summer 2014, with a 5S model expected as soon as September.

Apple has not commented on the images at this time.

Chris Chang, the Editor-in-chief of M.I.C. Gadget blog claimed: "When we hold the budget iPhone in our hands, the plastic chassis does not feel cheap at all."
