In a world where the iPlayer, YouView, connected TV and Sky are racing ahead, what is going on a Channel 4? Its on-demand TV service, 4oD, has yet to complete the line-up on Sky, and the broadcaster has only just bothered to release its app for Android phones. Of the 357 reviews so far on Google Play, 158 award it just one star.
